Refund and Exchange Policy:

  • Minara Jewels does not typically entertain refunds or exchanges on purchased items. However, we understand that certain situations may warrant exceptions.

Exceptions for Refunds:

  • In the event that your received product is damaged during transit, we may consider a refund. To initiate this process, we require customers to record an unboxing video while opening the package.

Unboxing Video Requirement:

  • We highly recommend recording the unboxing of your order. This proactive measure serves as a safeguard, allowing you to share the video with us in the rare instance that the product is damaged during transit.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Once your refund request is approved, please allow 10-15 business days for the processing of the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bulk orders/custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
